
'Gram flour cooked with mild spices without the use of onion and garlic. JAIN PITLA Ingredients 3 tablespoons gram flour 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies 5-6 curry leaves ½ cup chopped cabbage ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add green chillies, curry leaves and cabbage and mix well. 2. Add some water alongwith add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and gram flour, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well. 4. Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprig.
